Positives: Strong, well-sized blocker with a degree of upside. Patient in pass protection, strong in his upper body, and easily controls opponents once engaged at the point of attack. Plays with a nasty attitude and attacks blocking assignments. Works well with teammates.
Negatives: Not a natural knee bender, lumbers about the field and is exploited by nimble opponents. Lacks agility, balance and struggles adjusting to pick up blitzes.
Analysis: Horn has displays flashes of skill in college yet never really elevated his game nor played up to the expectations of NFL scouts. Horn must pick up the intensity of his game and improve of his fundamentals, but he offers potential as a utility lineman.
