Biography: Posted career numbers as a senior after moving into the starting lineup, registering 69/4/4. Primarily a backup at safety and cornerback early in his USC career.
Positives: Underrated defensive back prospect whose game is on the rise. Displays good range in centerfield, makes a lot of athletic plays, getting vertical and contorting in midair to defend the throw. Fast to the flanks, works well with cornerbacks and does a nice job positioning himself against opponents to make plays on the ball. Aggressive, quick up the field, and helps out run defense.
Negatives: Does not consistently take correct angles to the action. Slow to react, and lacks top instincts.
Analysis: After sitting on the bench most of his USC career, Harris made his mark last season and showed himself to be a legitimate NFL prospect. He displays good range in centerfield, and he has possibilities as a backup free safety and special teams player.
