Positives: Productive college lineman with limited upside for the next level. Quickly sets in pass protection, immediately gets his hands into defenders and makes good use of blocking angles. Bends his knees, jolts opponents with good hand punch, and keeps his head on a swivel. Plays with a good degree of explosion.

Negatives: Lacks a dominant base and gets pushed back off the line. Displays poor footwork trying to slide off the edge in pass protection.

Analysis: Winn flashed abilities the past three seasons and is better in confined quarters. He'll offer possibilities as a reserve offensive guard.
