Biography: Senior totals included 31/1/3, when he started one game after junior totals of 28/7/28/1/7 in 11 starts.

Positives: Athletic defensive back with tremendous size/speed numbers. Aggressive, quick up the field, and willingly defends the run. Effective when he keeps the action in front of him and fights hard to defend the throw.

Negatives: Slow transitioning with opponents off the line and loses a half step off the snap of the ball. Does not show the ability to stay with receivers out from their breaks. Not overly instinctive.

Analysis: Weaver possesses the size and speed to play at the next level yet has never fully transferred his athleticism onto the football field. He needs a lot of work before he'll be NFL ready but his measurables make him worth bringing him into camp.
