Positives: Natural pass catcher with the skills necessary to make it is a fourth receiver in the NFL. On the same page as his quarterback, consistently makes the reception away from his frame and displays both soft and strong hands. Adjusts well to the throw, makes the catch in stride and has the ability to take the big hit yet hold onto the ball. Good eye/hand coordination. Relatively effective blocking downfield.
Negatives: Lacks a burst, deep speed, and more of an underneath receiver. Had multiple off-the-field issues while he was with the Seminoles.
Analysis: Parker is a solid pass catcher with a well-rounded game. His lack of speed will raise red flags as well Parker?s off-the-field issues. If he remains focused on the task at hand and matures off the field, Parker could make a roster in September.
