Biography: Thee-year starter awarded All-Conference honors the past two seasons. Led the team in receiving as a senior totaling 83/1104/10, while also averaging 19.9 yards on 19 punt returns, and adding two more scores. Also led the team as a junior with totals of 84/1525/7. He turned 25 years old this past February.

Positives: Reliable pass catcher with natural receiving skills. Quick into the pass routes, stays low on exit and displays good eye/hand coordination, making this reception away from his frame. He works to find the open spot in the defense, gets separation from opponents and nicely adjusts to the errant throw. Fearless over the middle, goes up in a crowd and sacrifices his body to make the difficult reception. Effortlessly makes the difficult over the shoulder reception downfield without breaking stride. Consistent and effective returning punts.

Negatives: Lazily comes off the line on occasion. One speed receiver who lacks a second gear and does not have much of an upside.

Analysis: Toone in a polished receiver with a reliable game and a dependable pass catcher who comes through in the clutch. His size and lack of pure speed will limit him yet the ability to produce as a punt returner could help him catch on as a fifth receiver at the next level.
