Positives: Athletic linebacker that displays a lot of toughness in his game. Aggressive in run defense, gives effort tackling and wraps up at the point. Quick up the field, breaks down well and effectively uses his hands to protect himself. Fights hard to get involved in the action and plays hard until the whistle blows.

Negatives: Inefficient, displays average skill in pursuit and not strong at the point. Gets caught up in the wash and has tackles broken. Marginal sideline-to-sideline range.

Analysis: Mayberry has been a productive college linebacker and possesses solid size/speed numbers yet does not project well at the next level. He's an undersized run stuffing linebacker with limited skills in coverage and will struggle in the NFL.
