Positives: Average-sized defensive back with the ability to impact games returning punts. Physical, aggressive, and fights hard to make plays. Quick up the field defending the run and shows a nice burst of speed trying to defend the pass. Recognizes routes in zone coverage, and will mix it up with opponents throughout the action. Fluid pedaling in reverse, smooth turning his hips, and shows a nice burst out of his plant. Possesses terrific vision returning punts, seeing the field, and using his blocks. Negatives: Lacks height and loses out to receivers. Does not possess the top end speed and struggles staying downfield with opponents. Analysis: Arenas is a smart, tough defensive back who really makes his mark on special teams. He offers potential as a dime back at the next level, although his true value is on special teams.
