Conference: Non-Division I
40 Time: 4.71
Biography: Two-year starter and All-Conference selection after his senior and junior campaigns, he led the team in receiving as a senior, posting 42/575/4, while also averaging 27.4 yards on 18 kick returns. Junior totals included a career-high 82/899/9 at receiver.
Positives: Big, tall pass catcher with reliable hands. Quickly releases off the line into routes, works very hard to come free, and consistently extends his hands, making the reception with his frame. Comes back to the quarterback, displays good eye/hand coordination, and effectively uses his frame to shield away opponents and protect the ball.
Negatives: Just an average blocker for such a large wide out. Possesses marginal speed and minimal burst.
Analysis: Harrington struggled through his senior campaign after putting up big numbers as a junior. His lack of speed and overall quickness will limit him at the next level, but he could have a place as a fifth receiver for an NFL team that will use his size and frame in the red zone.
