PLAYERS
Biography: Two-year starter awarded All-Conference honors since his sophomore season besides being named to several All-American teams
as a junior. 2009 Big 10 Offensive Linemen of the Year.
Positives: Athletic left tackle that possesses a great degree of upside potential. Blocks with terrific fundamentals setting with a wide base, bending his knees, and playing with leverage. Keeps his feet moving throughout the action, makes good use of angles, and stays square. Jolts opponents with terrific hand punch, effectively adjusts to pick up blitzes and keeps defenders in front of him. Blocks with a nasty attitude and looks to hit as many defenders as possible in a single play. Strong and gets movement run blocking. Negatives: Has struggled with injuries the past three seasons and missed time. Lacks classic footwork off the edge in pass protection. Analysis: Bulaga is a well-sized lineman who plays with effective fundamentals, strength, and a nasty attitude. He'll need time to complete his game but has starting potential at the next level and is a prospect on the rise. Projection: 1st ![]() AJ Mast/Icon SMI
