Positives: Small, explosive skill player who can score any time the ball is in his hands. Plays with great quickness in his all-around game, can turn it on in a single step then run away from defenders. Explosive, quickly changes direction and loses no speed. Fluid releasing off the line of scrimmage, immediately gets to top speed and is a solid pass catcher who extends to make the reception away from his frame. Very nimble, flexible, and elusive handling the ball. Displays both soft and strong hands with the ability to pluck the pass from the air. Analysis: Banks is a terrific athlete and an explosive skill player who can help any team at the next level as a slot receiver, return specialist, or handle the ball on reverses. His size will be a limiting factor, yet Banks will have a role as a specialist.
