Effectively picks up blitzes when asked to block and produces catching the ball.
Negatives: Not a natural pass catcher and all too often lets the ball get inside him. More quick than fast and not a back who can run to daylight. Not a ball-carrier who can handle the load in the NFL.
Analysis: Council is a skilled ball handler who is both elusive and creative. He lacks the prototypical size/speed numbers yet could make a roster as a rotational or third-down back.
