CFL Recap (Calgary-Bc) Posted: Sun September 26, 1999 at 2:30 a.m EDT BC 21, CALGARY 20VANCOUVER, British Columbia (Ticker) -- Robert Drummond scored on a seven-yard run with 10:22 remaining as the B.C. Lions moved into first place in the Western Division with a 21-20 triumph over Calgary Stampeders. Drummond, who ranked second in the CFL in rushing entering the game, won it with his sixth TD of the year. Lui Passaglia added the extra point to give B.C. (9-3) the best record in the league. Drummond finished with only 26 yards on eight carries. The Lions began their comeback with 15 seconds left in the third quarter as quarterback Damon Allen barreled in from one yard out to cut the deficit to 20-14. Allen completed 20-of-32 passes for 227 yards. Donald Blair led Lions' receivers with eight catches for 95 yards. Travis Moore gave Calgary (8-4) a 7-3 lead in the first quarter when he caught a 14-yard pass from Dave Dickenson. Mark McLoughlin kicked a 31-yard field goal 2 1/2 minutes in the second period and Kelvin Anderson scored on a seven-yard run five minutes later for a 17-3 bulge.
