No doubt about it

Oklahoma smothers FSU for seventh title

Talk about an emphatic closing statement. The Oklahoma Sooners, ranked No. 1 but unanimous underdogs entering the national title game, dominated defending champ Florida State defensively Wednesday night en route to a 13-2 win in the Orange Bowl. With the victory, the Sooners are the only unbeaten team in the nation this year, and CNNSI.com's Stewart Mandel writes that the Seminoles' reign is clearly over.
