Fourteen candidates are repeat candidates, including North

the list.
Dan Morgan of Miami and Byron Thweatt of Virginia are both
three-time candidates, while 11 candidates are making a second
appearance on the list: Colorado State's Rick Crowell; UCLA's Ryan
Nece; Utah's Kautai Oleavo; Tulane's Jerry Phillips; Florida
State's Tommy Polley; Memphis' Kamal Shakir; Fresno State's Tim
