WEST POINT, New York (Ticker) -- Gino Guidugli tossed a 12-yard touchdown pass to Tye Keith with seven yards remaining as Cincinnati rallied for a dramatic 24-21 Conference USA victory over Army.

Guidugli and Keith combined for a pair of touchdowns in the final 4:48 as the Bearcats (1-1, 1-0 C-USA) rebounded from a tough season-opening 19-14 loss to Purdue.

The defenses dominated for 45 minutes as Army (0-1, 0-1) nursed a 7-3 lead into the fourth quarter. But the teams combined for 35 points in a wild final period, which featured five lead changes.

Army, which was opening its season, appeared to record the winning score, taking a 21-17 lead on Omari Johnson's 35-yard touchdown run with 76 seconds remaining.

But Guidugli, who completed 31-of-41 passes for 311 yards, engineered a nine-play, 70-yard drive in the final minute Chad Jenkins completed 19-of-30 for 203 yards for the Cadets, including a six-yard TD strike to Aris Comeaux that gave Army a 14-10 lead with 11:10 remaining.

LaDaris Vann rushed for 134 yards on 12 carries for the Bearcats, whose only points over the first three quarters came on Jonathan Ruffin's 44-yard field goal with 2:50 left in the first half.

Army grabbed a 7-3 lead on Josh Holden's one-yard TD run with 57 seconds left in the third period. Holden rushed for 109 yards on 16 carries.

Cincinnati evened the all-time series at two wins apiece. The Bearcats earned their first win over Army last season, rallying for a 23-17 victory.
