TUSCALOOSA, Alabama (Ticker) -- Reggie Myles returned a fumble 42 yards for a touchdown and Thurman Ward returned an interception 60 yards for a score as Alabama rolled to a 31-10 Southeastern Conference victory over Arkansas. Myles scooped up a loose ball after Cedric Cobbs' fumble, giving the Crimson Tide a 14-3 lead with 4:41 left in the second quarter. Ward capped the victory for Alabama (2-1, 2-0 SEC West) by picking off Ryan Sorahan and returning it the distance with just 20 seconds remaining. After Brennan O'Donohue's field goal gave Arkansas a 3-0 lead, the Crimson Tide took the lead for good on an 11-yard run by Ahmaad Galloway with 3:56 left in the first quarter. Arkansas closed to 14-10 on Brandon Holmes' one-yard TD run with 13 remaining in the first half. Neal Thomas kicked a 36-yard field goal with 10:03 remaining in the third and Freddie Milons caught a 39-yard TD pass from Tyler Watts with 2:57 to play in the quarter, giving Alabama a 24-10 advantage. Watts completed 9-of-16 for 133 yards and a touchdown and Galloway rushed for 63 yards and a touchdown on 20 attempts. Sorahan completed 14-of-19 passes for 139 yards and Holmes ran for 81 yards and a score on 17 carries for Arkansas (1-2, 0-2) .
