CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virginia (Ticker) -- Bryson Spinner threw for 194 yards and two touchdowns and Billy McMullen caught two touchdown passes as Virginia won its third straight with a 31-10 Atlantic Coast Conference victory over over Duke.

Spinner, who completed 15-for-23, finished a 65-yard drive with a 5-yard touchdown pass to McMullen to open the scoring six minutes into the first quarter.

In four games this season, the quarterback-wide receiver duo has combined for 309 yards and six touchdowns.

David Green added a 22-yard field goal and Spinner's 64-yard strike to Tavon Mason gave the Cavaliers a 17-0 lead. Mason grabbed four receptions for 100 yards.

Duke (0-4, 0-2 ACC) finally got on the board on Brent Garber's 27-yard field goal as time expired in the first half.

The Cavaliers (3-1, 2-0) took a 24-3 lead early in the fourth quarter on a two-yard touchdown run by Arlen Harris, which capped a 79-yard drive.

Chris Douglas pulled Duke within two touchdowns with a two-yard run six minutes into the final quarter, but Virginia put away the contest on Matt Schaub's 15-yard TD pass to McMullen with 6:47 to play.

D Bryant completed 17-of-34 for 191 yards for Duke, but was sacked four times for losses of 21 yards.

The Blue Devils suffered their 16th straight defeat, the longest losing streak in Division I-A.
