MEMPHIS, Tennessee (Ticker) -- Gino Guidugli completed 18-of-36 passes for 348 yards and two touchdowns -- including a 13-yarder to Jon Oliver with four seconds to play -- as Cincinnati rallied for a 36-34 victory over Conference USA rival Memphis.

The dramatic win made the Bearcats (6-4, 5-2 C-USA) bowl eligible for the third time in five years.

Guidugli and Oliver also combined for a 24-yard touchdown early in the fourth quarter that gave the Bearcats their first lead of the game, 27-20.

Memphis tied the game just a minute later on Dante Brown's 45-yard TD run.

Cincinnati regained the lead on Jonathan Ruffin's third field goal of the night -- a 26-yarder -- with four minutes to play. The Tigers (5-6, 3-4) again came back as Danny Wimprine capped a 65-yard drive with a 38-yard TD pass to Antoine Harden to make it 34-30 with 2:16 to play.

Wimprine completed 16-of-33 passes for 295 yards and three touchdowns. He threw TD strikes of 69 and 15 yards to Darron White, who caught seven passes for 123 yards.

Cincinnati tied the seesaw affair on four different occasions before driving 75 yards in 11 plays for the winning score.

The loss ended the Tigers' hopes of making their first bowl appearance since 1971.
