LARAMIE, Wyoming (Ticker) -- Casey Bramlet passed for 203 yards as Wyoming opened the Joe Glenn era with a 21-10 victory over Division I-AA Montana State.

Bramlet completed 17-of-28 passes and connected with Ryan McGuffey on a 28-yard touchdown pass just 15 seconds into the fourth quarter that capped the scoring.

Glenn is the 30th coach in school history and replaced Vic Koenning, who was fired after posting a 5-29 record in three years. Glenn guided Montana to the Division I-AA championship in 2001 and the Cowboys won his debut despite surrendering 353 yards.

Wyoming (1-0) took a 14-3 lead into the locker room as Derrick Martin blocked a punt and returned it six yards for a score with 11:25 remaining in the first quarter. Less than six minutes later, Derek Armah capped nine-play, 63-yard drive with a two-yard TD.

After Nate Cook kikced a 20-yard field goal for Montana State (0-1), Travis Lulay found Scott Turnquist for a 31-yard score with 11:40 to play in the third.
