BOISE, Idaho (Ticker) -- Jared Zabransky passed for 225 yards and three touchdowns and ran for another as the Boise State Broncos rallied from a 14-point deficit to extend the longest winning streak in the nation with a 53-34 victory over the Oregon State Beavers.
With 3:37 remaining in the second quarter, Zabransky connected with Derek Schouman from 18 yards out to give the Broncos (2-0) a 17-14 lead - their first of the game. Zabransky hit Schouman again in the third quarter with a 17-yard touchdown pass to make it 34-14.
Zabransky rushed for 95 yards, including a one-yard touchdown in the third for the Broncos, who won their 13th straight game and notched their first victory against a team from the Pac-10 Conference.
Derek Anderson completed 22-of-44 passes for 411 yards and four touchdowns for Oregon State (0-2). He threw three touchdowns to Mike Hass, who had 12 receptions for 293 yards.
After missing three extra points in the Beavers' overtime loss to No. 3 Louisiana State September 4, Alexis Serna did not play. John Dailey replaced Serna and was successful on all four of his extra-point attempts.
