the year, beating Idaho, 45-17, Saturday night.
, who caught eight passes for 183 yards, scored on TD strikes of 41 and 48 yards in the second quarter and added a 51-yarder
midway through the third. Lindley, who surpassed Todd Santos' previous school freshman mark of 418 yards (1984), added his
fourth TD pass on a 45-yard hookup to
early in the fourth quarter.
also passed the 100-yard reception mark for San Diego State (1-3, 0-0 MWC), with six catches for 109 yards.

surpassed the 1,000 yard career rushing mark, picking up 100 yards on 21 carries. He scored two touchdowns on runs of three
