Austin was knocked headfirst into the turf. He remain prone on the field for several minutes, but could be seen moving his
feet, before he was placed on a stretcher and taken from the field on a cart.
UCLA spokesman Marc Dellins said Austin had a strained neck and a mild concussion. He was released from the hospital in time
to fly back to Los Angeles with his teammates late Saturday night.
