MONROE, La. (AP) -
Trey Revell
threw a 7-yard touchdown pass to J.J. McCoy with 34 seconds left to lift Louisiana-Monroe to a 31-30 win over Troy on Saturday
night.
The Warhawks (3-6, 2-3 Sun Belt Conference) took a 25-24 lead with 12:47 remaining in the fourth quarter when
Radi Jabour
made a 48-yard field goal.
Troy (5-3, 4-1) regained the lead at 30-25 with 4:58 left in the game when
Levi Brown
connected with
DuJuan Harris
on a 29-yard passing score. Harris finished with 143 yards rushing on 20 carries, including a 45-yard rushing score in the
third quarter.
But Louisiana-Monroe used a nine-play, 72-yard drive, capped by Revell game-winning touchdown pass to McCoy, who finished
with two catches for four yards.
Revell completed all five of his passes for 44 yards the Warhawks.
Kinsmon Lancaster
completed 15 of 26 passes for 125 yards two touchdowns and one interception.
Brown also threw for 221 yards, two touchdown passes in the first half and an interception for Troy.
