DALLAS (AP) - Martell Mallett ran for 141 yards and two touchdowns to lead Arkansas-Pine Bluff to a 28-7 win over Texas Southern on Saturday.

The Golden Lions (3-9, 2-5 SWAC) piled up 204 yards on the ground behind Mallett, whose longest run went for 48, and Mickey Dean , who added 67 yards on 13 carries.

Jonathan Moore threw for 115 yards and a touchdown for Arkansas-Pine Bluff, which built a 21-0 lead by halftime.

Texas Southern (4-8, 1-6) was led by Cornelius Harmon , who was 18-of-41 for 167 yards and two interceptions. William Osbourne caught seven passes for 84 yards.
