One gritty, one glamorous

College football has two national champions -- with two very different identities. SI.com's Stewart Mandel says the blue-collar champ is LSU, after the Tigers used a backbreaking, blitzing defense to knock off Oklahoma 21-14 in the Sugar Bowl and finish No. 1 in the Coaches' poll. Flashier USC, meanwhile, breezed past Michigan 28-14 in the Rose Bowl and held on to its No. 1 spot in the AP poll.
