He is another fairly big back that combines power and decent moves for his size and is a quality tackle to tackle inside runner. He tends to run a little erect, but he has good leg drive and toughness and will break some tackles. He is somewhat deceptive in the open field and has a little more niftiness than many realize, although he is not overly elusive. He is a "slasher" type runner that takes advantage of what is there and while he can make the first guy miss, he has difficulty putting multiple moves together. He is a little bit of a long strider and although he has good college production, he is not the type of back that will be a "home run hitter" on the NFL level. This is a "what you see is what you get" type player who will show up each Sunday with his lunch pail and give you a honest day's work. He may not be a great NFL player, but he will be a solid one.
