He is a throwback and is a tough hard-nosed player that is not afraid to get dirty. In spite of his toughness, he has surprising quickness and is pretty nifty as an inside runner. He attacks the holes in Nebraska's power run offense, but doesn't get much of a chance to run wide or show his effectiveness in the open field. He has limited experience catching the ball out of the backfield, but as an inside runner and lead blocker, he is very impressive. He is also a very intelligent player and has great intangibles and work ethic. He actually looked like he had decent hands during Senior Bowl week but his receiving skills are his biggest question mark.
