He is a very consistent and steady player and has improved his production in the last two years. He is probably a better receiver than blocker at this stage because of his lack of size and he is a pretty good matchup TE. He has good hands, concentrates on the ball and will catch in a crowd and is pretty effective in short to intermediate routes. He is a willing blocker, but is not very physical at the point of attack and may not have the size or "lead in his butt" to be an every down player. He should be a great contributor on special teams and could forge a nice role as a versatile backup type player.
