He almost came out a year ago, but this is one player that really benefited from staying in school for his senior year. He is a gifted guy that doesn't really flash in any particular area, but all he does is make plays. He has good speed, but not world class and is actually so smooth that he appears to glide right by DBs on deep balls. He is a solid route runner, controls his body and can break in and out of his routes well. He has excellent concentration on the ball, good hands and will make the tough catch. He is also a high character guy with a great work ethic and competitiveness, much like Jerry Rice. He is also an outstanding return specialist on both kickoffs and punts. He has "functional football speed" and he has the quickness to separate and get off tight m/m coverage. He is the closest player to a "sure thing" at this position and he should be able to step in and contribute immediately.
