He is the player that appears to be "coming on" in NFL draft rooms and really flashed at the Senior Bowl in both practices and the game. He is a "weaver" type inside runner that lacks a lot of niftiness and explosion, but he seems to have natural run instincts and fights his way through traffic and fall forward to gain extra yards. He has a physical style of play and is quite effective between the tackles. He has a nice future as a goal line runner on the NFL level and everybody seems to like his toughness. There are mixed reviews on his receiving skills out of the backfield. This appears to be an area that he can improve. He will never be a breakaway back, but he has the look of a "one back" type player that has enough versatility to fill a lot of roles. He may be a type of guy that could develop into a workhorse ball carrier. Because of his size, some NFL teams even see him as a fullback.
