He was almost an unknown player coming into his senior year, but he has really exploded onto the draft scene with a strong '98 season. He is not a big physical guy, but he has a great work ethic and is almost a self-made player. He has a strong Lacrosse background and he combines toughness with good overall instincts. He has fairly good strength for his size, but he simply lacks the bulk and power to be strong at the POA. He is not as athletically gifted as the other "edge" rushers and he does not have a lot refined pass rush moves. However, he is an all out effort guy that fights to finish the play and his production is higher than his talent level would indicate. He will not be a guy that tests particularly well, but he has a chance to be a productive player on the NFL level. He must add some bulk and refine his pass rush techniques to become a complete player.
