Chaos: noun: Latin meaning: Extreme Confusion or Disorder.

MIAMI -- After finally shedding the trappings of 33 years of futile football, there is Freddie the Falcon and the rest of his Dirty Birdz celebrating Atlanta's first Super Bowl at Club Chaos in South Beach -- at the official Denver Broncos Players' Party!

It happened late Tuesday night, after a misprint in the Miami Herald Party Planner headlined the Falcons and Broncos on the wrong alternating nights, adding chaos to the plethora of spirited activities. While Freddie the Falcon was in a bird bath huddled around Denver's Rod Smith, John Mobley and Neil Smith, "Barrel Man," the archaficionado of Bronco football, had shed his barrel (yes he is naked underneath) and was sipping a frozen cocktail 25 miles up the beach at Fort Lauderdale's Bahia Cabana.

It was also a chaotic evening when several contestants in the Hawaiian Tropic 1999 Super Bowl Model Search held an informal rehearsal at the Clevelander Hotel. After conversing and worshipping former NFL greats Marcus Allen and Ronnie Lott, Katerina from Pittsburgh asked the pair which of them was Lynn Swann, while Jill and Jodi from Dallas couldn't figure out why they were "stood up" by an NFL quarterback who happened to appear on the TV screen, not to mention Sunshine from Seattle who tried to convince CNN/SI's Inga Hammond that she was so beautiful, they just had to be related.

The Virtual Voyage Media Party at Bayside featured one of the hottest bands in the land, the swing sounds of the Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. Mingling among the freeloading media was Buffalo Bills lineman Bruce Smith, whose AFC allegiance is torn by his respect for the relaxed approach of Atlanta coach Dan Reeves. Reeves allowed Bob Angelo and his NFL Films crew to take Tim Dwight and the Falcons special teams on a private Miami Vice Excursion Tuesday night with a helicopter, cigarette boat and jet skis.

Things were still swingin' in the pre-dawn hours on South Beach, where Van Earl Wright and Keith Olbermann of FOX Sports, both former Atlanta residents with CNN Sports, held a joint birthday bash that was attended by current CNN/SI staffers Vince Cellini, James Lofton, Bob Lorenz and John Giannone, along with FOX's Bill Maas and Michael Kay.

Jaybird the bartender, in honor of Freddie the Falcon, created the birthday toast "The Dirty Bird Bath" (a shot of kahlua, float of Bailey's and a splash of milk).

Long after the chaos concluded and just before dawn gave way to morning, there was time for one final dirty bird dance -- this from NBA legend Magic Johnson. The former Laker legend was with his family at the exclusive Biltmore Hotel to promote his charity basketball game and party, as well as show support for running back Jamal Anderson, who started hanging out in the Los Angeles Lakers' locker room as the 2-year-old son of James Anderson, a celebrity bodyguard.

Magic will be a special guest Wednesday night at Club Chaos when the Falcons, not the Broncos, have the place reserved for their official players' party.

This is the second of a five-part party-crashing installment from Turner Sports' main reporter Craig Sager. Sager is serving as the Official SBTV Party Crasher, attending as many parties as possible during Super Bowl week.
