Draft Day Trades
Trades announced during the 2000 NFL Draft
Carolina traded its second-round choice (No. 51) to Tampa Bay for the Buccaneers' second- (No. 57) and fourth-round (No. 120) choices. Tampa Bay selected Cosey Coleman, G, Tennessee. Carolina selected Deon Grant, S, Tennessee and Alvin McKinley, DT, Mississippi State. 
Tennessee traded its second-round choice (No. 61) to Philadelphia for the Titans' third- (No. 68) and fifth-round (No. 135) choices. Philadelphia selected Bobby Williams, G, Arkansas. Tennessee selected Erron Kinney, TE, Florida and Aric Morris, DB, Michigan State. 
Seattle traded its third-round choice (No. 86) to San Francisco for the 49ers' fourth- (No. 119) and fifth-round (No. 154) choices. San Francisco selected Jeff Ulbrich, LB, Hawaii. Seattle selected Isaiah Kacyvenski, LB, Harvard and traded No. 154 to Denver. 
San Francisco traded its fourth-round choice (No. 98) to Green Bay for the Packers' fourth- (No. 108) and fifth-round (No. 132) choices. Green Bay selected Na'il Diggs, LB, Ohio State. San Francisco selected John Keith, S, Furman and Paul Smith, RB, Texas-El Paso. 
Philadelphia traded its fourth-round choice (No. 111) to San Diego for the Chragers' 2001 third-round draft choice. San Diego selected Trevor Gaylor, WR, Miami, Ohio. 
Chicago traded its fourth-round choice (No. 104) to St. Louis for the Rams' fourth- (No. 125), fifth- (No. 150) and seventh-round (No. 225) choices. Chicago selected Kaulana Noa, G, Hawaii. St. Louis selected Reggie Austin, DB, Wake Forest, traded No. 150 to San Francisco and selected Rashidi Barnes, DB, Colorado. 
New Orleans traded its fifth-round (No. 138) choice to Indianapolis for the Colts' fifth- (No. 158) and sixth-round (No. 195) choices. Indianapolis selected Matt Johnson, C, Brigham Young. New Orleans selected Austin Wheatley, TE, Iowa and Mike Hawthorne, DB, Purdue. 
Chicago traded its fifth-round (No. 150) choice to San Francisco for the 49ers' sixth- (No. 170) and seventh-round (No. 209) choices. San Francisco selected John Milem, DE, Lenoir-Rhyne. Chicago selected Frank Murphy, RB, Kansas State and traded No. 209 to Cleveland. 
Seattle traded its fifth-round (No. 154) choice to Denver for the Broncos' sixth- (No. 175) and seventh-round (No. 231) choices. Denver selected Muneer Moore, WR, Richmond. Seattle selected James Williams, WR, Marshall and traded No. 231 to Oakland. 
Chicago traded its seventh-round choices (No. 209 and No. 225) to Cleveland for the Browns' seventh-round choices (No. 223, No. 232 and No. 254). Cleveland selected Eric Chandler, DE, Jackson State and (No. 225). Chicago selected James Cotton, DE, Ohio State, traded No. 232 to Miami and selected Mike Green, DB, Louisiana-Lafayette. 
New England traded its seventh-round choice (No. 212) to San Francisco for the 49ers' 2001 sixth-round draft choice. San Francisco selected Tim Rattay, QB, Louisiana Tech. 
Seattle traded its seventh-round (No. 231) choice to Oakland for the Raiders' 2001 sixth-round choice. Oakland selected Cliffton Black, DB, Southwest Texas State. 
Chicago traded its seventh-round (No. 232) choice to Miami for P Brent Bartholomew. Miami selected Jeff Harris, DB, Georgia. 
Oakland traded its seventh-round (No. 238) choice to Indianapolis for the Colts' 2001 sixth-round choice. Indianapolis selected Rodregis Brooks, DB, Alabama-Birmingham.
