Four-year starter at free safety. Narrow-framed. Enthusiastic. Comes up aggressively in run defense and throws his body around willingly -- a little out of control. Better hitter than tackler. Springs into his strikes, but doesn't wrap consistently. Better run defender than pass defender. Centerfielder-type who plays deep and lacks top caliber speed. Reacts aggressively to the thrown ball. Catches well and can make interceptions. Not smooth in man coverage. A little tight in his hips. Productive player, but a little smaller and slower than ideal.
