Originally a running back. Small-framed with short arms and a sturdy build. Explosive athlete with good backpedal technique -- quick and compact. Fluid in his hip turn. Quick footed. Redirects very well. Has a good plant and drive. Catches smoothly. Aware in a zone. Needs to do a better job of slowing up receivers when working in press coverage. A bit hesitant at times. Lacks top caliber speed. Inconsistent tackler but is aggressive and strong in his efforts. Has skills in the return game. A bit shorter and slower than ideal, but is a solid prospect.
