JuCo transfer in '98. Right tackle with a wide frame and thick legs. Powerful run blocker who gets off the mark fairly well, keeps his legs driving and generates movement at the point of attack. Can turn out defenders and keep his feet. Not fast but is athletic and light on his feet. Inconsistent but shows pass protection promise. Sets up quickly. Able to bend his knees, shuffle his feet, sink his hips and anchor. Struggles at times sliding inside against quick moves -- inconsistent with his feet. Lacks polish, but has excellent tools. Possible guard.
