JuCo transfer in '98. Improved a lot as a senior. Inside player with average size. Well-built. Doesn't anchor strong but is a good overall run defender. Quick off the ball. Keeps his feet active when taking on blocks. Escapes contact fairly well. Has good balance and body control -- moves well laterally and gives an effort in pursuit. Gets through traffic well. Needs to locate more quickly. Decent pass rusher who can push the pocket. Quick footed in his attack. Shows spin ability. Needs to refine his moves. Had a solid Senior Bowl. Could project as an end.
