Not explosive taking on and defeating blocks, but he's a very active player. Reacts quickly. Keeps his shoulders squared properly when moving laterally. Hustles in pursuit. Takes good angles to the ball. Tough secure tackler. Springs into his hits squarely. More quick than fast. Good in coverage. Flexible. Smooth in his drop. Can plant and break with a burst. Solid special teams player. Could project outside.
