JuCo transfer. Redshirted in '97 with a back injury. Strongside guard. Has a solid frame, but is not muscular. Needs to upgrade his upper body strength. Has average initial quickness. Leans into blocks some and gets off balance at times. Works to sustain. Flashes some nastiness. Runs well for his size. Shows some ability to pull and strike. Not real agile but contacts linebackers fairly well when firing forward. Aggressive arm extender in pass protection. Decent in his anchor. Somewhat of a waistbender. Not quick footed sliding laterally.
