A tall left tackle with experience on the right. Thick-legged. Needs more upper body strength. Raises up quickly and gets good initial position. Needs to do a better job of keeping his feet moving through the block. Not explosive. Plays too upright. Runs fairly well for his size. Usually makes solid contact when working out on linebackers. Aware player — gives a good effort. Inconsistent pass protector. Sets up quickly but isn't nifty in his redirection. Has trouble with outside speed. Adequate in his anchor. Not a natural knee bender.
