Scott Halleran/Allsport Vick is a third-year sophomore eligible who is a bit smaller than ideal, but a superb overall athlete with a strong arm. He throws a tight spiral and can rifle intermediate throws on a line. Vick needs to develop his skills at reading defenses and improve his touch and overall accuracy. Vick was a dynamic "difference maker" at the college level and has great potential as a pro, but is likely to need a lot of time to develop.
