Tomlinson is an extremely productive runner with a thick build, broad shoulders, a strong lower body, and somewhat short arms. He has decent takeoff quickness and hits the hole with a burst. Tomlinson wasn't used much in the receiving game in college so he needs route work and is a bit stiff catching, but he shows reliable hands.
