Positives: Adequate small-area blocker with limited upside for the next level. Stays square, keeps defenders in front of him and jolts opponents at the point of attack. Patient in pass protection, plays with good quickness and works blocks until the whistle blows. Solid position blocker who seals defenders from the action.

Negatives: Does not make good use blocking angles and gives away the edge to pass rushers. Lacks a dominant base, does not finish blocks and will be pushed off the line. Late getting his hands into defenders.

Analysis: Cullen has shown flashes of ability the past two seasons yet must elevate his game and improve his football strength to have a career at the next level.
