Positives: Productive and durable lineman with the ability to be used at guard or center. Moves relatively well on his feet and shows the ability to pull across the line of scrimmage and block in motion. Possesses quickness in his all-around game, works to stays square and keeps opponents in front of him. Gets after assignments, works well with teammates and gives effort finishing blocks.
Negatives: Gathers into blocks and tends to get tall as the play proceeds. Marginally explosive and gets minimal movement run blocking.
Analysis: Hall was a terrific small school player, but he possesses limited upside for the next level. The ability to be used in a zone blocking system where he can play either guard or center makes him worth stashing on a practice squad for future development.
