Biography: Two-year starter who posted 55 tackles/11 tackles for loss/8.5 sacks as a senior. All-conference selection as a junior with totals of 51/17.5/10. Primarily lined up at defensive end at Pittsburgh, although he did see action at linebacker as a senior.

Positives: Athletic prospect coming off a disappointing senior season. Fluid moving around the field, easily changes direction and makes a lot of athletic plays in space. Effectively uses his hands to protect himself, chases the action laterally and covers a good amount of area on the field. Gets adequate depth on pass drops and rarely gets knocked off his feet. Quick off the snap out of a three-point stance and displays an array of pass rushing moves.

Negatives: Marginally instinctive and shows a lot of indecision on the field. Easily controlled at the point of attack by a single blocker. Adequate closing burst.

Analysis: Lindsey was highly rated coming into the season yet did not perform up to the expectations. He did improve as the season progressed and offers pass rushing skills for the next level yet may struggle to enter a starting lineup.

Projection: 6-7
