Biography: Iowa transfer who started the past two years at Tulane. Senior totals included 52 tackles/12 tackles for loss/9.5 sacks and five pass breakups. Posted 51/11.5/6, one interception and two pass breakups as a junior.
Positives: Relatively athletic playmaker who displays good movement skills on the field. Breaks down well, fluid changing direction and shows speed chasing plays laterally. Fast off the edge, plays with good pad level and keeps his feet moving on contact. Effectively uses his hands to protect himself. Diagnoses the action and quickly locates the ball.
Negatives: Marginal open-field tackler. Struggles making plays in space. Overwhelmed by blocks and out-positioned by tight ends.
Analysis: Moses was a terrific college player, but he lacks the size and speed to be anything other than a rotational defender at the next level. He could be a situational pass rusher if he shows his worth on special teams this summer.
