Biography: Former Wisconsin transfer who posted 82 attempts/357 yards/5 TDs on the ground last season while adding 25 receptions/184 yards as a receiver. Academic All-American performer.

Positives: Strong interior ballcarrier who also catches the ball well out of the backfield. Displays good vision, solid running instincts and is aggressive handling the ball. Helps the quarterback sell ball fakes, keeps his head on a swivel and remains disciplined with pass protection assignments. Breaks arm tackles, keeps his feet moving up the field and falls forward when tackled. Aggressively puts his shoulders into defenders trying to pick up extra yardage. Displays solid and reliable hands, adjusting to the errant throw and catching the pass away from his frame.

Negatives: Does not display a burst in his game. Loses momentum when he must quickly change direction.

Analysis: Brown is a skilled prospect yet has always been the bridesmaid in college and never a featured runner on a roster. He possesses the physical ability to be a situational runner in the NFL, and his pass catching skills give him additional value.
