Positives: Athletic safety prospect who has flashed skill the past two years. Takes good angles to plays and can go sideline to sideline in center field. Gets outside the numbers to make plays on the pass, quick up the field to defend the run and displays a nice burst of closing speed. Explosive at the point and easily brings ballcarriers down on initial contact. Negatives: Occasionally placed over the slot receiver but struggles in man-to-man coverage. Does not possess a quick break to the throw out of his plant. Analysis: Scott presented himself as an NFL prospect after his junior season yet watched his progress slide last season.
