Positives: Nice-sized cornerback with a developing game. Quickly flips his hips transitioning with opponents off the line, mixes it up throughout the route and works hard to defend throws. Quick-footed in every direction, displays heads-up football. Can burst to the action out of his plant and plays with an aggressive nature. Quick up the field to help defend the run.

Negatives: Guesses wrong and gets turned on occasion. Lacks classic top-end speed and does some trailing in man-to-man coverage situations.

Analysis: Fleming is an athletic cornerback with nice size and has displayed steady progress the past two years. He may be best in a zone system or backed off the line of scrimmage, but clearly possesses the skills to quickly help a team at the next level.
